• Have legal capacity to enter contracts in Bolivia.

• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the platform.

Hedgecorelm provides a digital platform that facilitates collaborative participation in real estate investment opportunities. We act as a technological intermediary between participants and investment opportunities.

As a platform user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Not use the platform for illegal activities.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not interfere with the operation of the platform.

Participation in real estate investments involves risks. Hedgecorelm does not guarantee returns or recovery of invested capital. We recommend considering your financial situation and seeking professional advice before participating.

Hedgecorelm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by Bolivian law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
